Hello all! I am finally able to share with you all what I have been working on for over the past 6 months! And I could not be more excited!
Introducing the missing piece of your puzzle, a groundbreaking new day planner designed for the involved collegiate woman, The Collegiate Daybook.
It all started the summer of 2014. Working a full time job as well as another part time job I was always on the run. I have always loved planners and basically all paper goods. That was my thing. Back to school shopping was like my birthday to me. But in my roughly 8 years of using planners, I still had yet to find one that completely worked for me. It either had too little space or had so many areas that I didn’t need. The traditional weekly planners worked for me in middle and high school because my schedule was for the most part the same on a day to day basis, but once I hit college, I felt like my life was spirally out of control because I could not keep my planner organized. I tried to write down my day in the order of things happening, but I would always forget something and then my list would get out of whack and mess up my whole day.
So I took matters into my own hands and I created The Collegiate Daybook.
But it didn’t start off with what you see now. Over the past 6 months it has gone through countless modifications, alterations, and changes in order to best fit the needs of you, the college student. The hourly breakdown allows you to clearly see what is going on. It also shows you where your free time is so that you can hang out with friends or go for a quick shopping spree or when you have time to just take a nap. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. And that’s why I think you’ll love it. It doesn’t have distracting designs covering up half the page and isn’t wasting space about things you don’t need to worry about yet like what to make for dinner or when you need to pick up your kids. It’s made for you in mind and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do.
You might be wondering, “I want one! How do I get one?” and to that I say “THANK YOU, but there’s a catch.” In order to be able to cover the costs of production, shipment, and overhead expenses, I’ve decided to launch the CD through Kickstarter. And that launch date is February 14th (mostly to distract myself from the lack of plans that I’m going to have haha)! There are multiple amounts so that you can choose how much or how little you would like to give! So yes, I may be bombarding you all with reminders about the launch date, but it’s just because I love this planner so much and I want to share it with you all! So share, share, share and then we can all have one!
If you paid close attention to the end of the video, you might have seen a sneak peak of a little rebranding that’s about to happen as well….;) stay tuned!
